Yes, QCOM has now resorted to a "knee to groin, boot to face" tactic with Nokia and the lawyers seem to be enjoying the prospect of the judicial challenges with the same relish they might reserve for a bar fight. The statement that QCOM doesn't actually use any of Nokia's IC IP still brings a smile to my face now, several hours after I first read about it. j.
