Sergio, Not directed at you buddy. What part of this do not these people understand?? This is not a reverse split guys and gals. Hell, All I have to know in life is that 75 mph is bigger than 65 mph and I can figure this sucker out. Get a clue folks, this is a stock merger with the larger private co. issuing new shares of the combined co. at a greater value, though fewer, than the smaller co. and becoming public. It religates the need for the IPO filing, waiting and screwing with the SEC for another 6 months This is NOT brain surgery. If you have 1000 shares at 3 bucks you will get 100 at 30. If you paid 1.50 for the 1000 shares...duh...a gain?? right. If you hold and get the 100 shares and it goes to 45...duh, again folks....don't make it hard just because it's easy. Ken W
