Oppenheimer disagrees, and downgraded Qualcomm this morning to "neutral", from buy, based upon `07 guidance and the Nokia risk. (I guess they just heard of the Nokia issue at $36?) One problem for Qualcomm is the analysts are generally bullish and have very high price targets (>$50). There isnt much room for them to upgrade.... Slacker
