He is BOB WEXLERS go fer guy that explains a lot, right there. About registration cards, it is the same in Texas. We don't have to show them either, just show some ID and sign on the dotted line. I am getting a kick out of watching as Kinky Friedman makes the rounds in New York going on all the news shows about his run for Texas governor. He KNOWS he does not stand a chance to be the gov. so he is just getting publicity for himself or what I am not sure? Anyone who's campaign slogan is "Why the hell not", cannot be taken seriously.
