If true, this would constitute a "material event" and would have to be disclosed < read: Press Release > on a timely basis. There has been scant news of any kind from the company about anything. Thus, Mr. Paul R., we are left with the conclusion that 1> you wish to instill some sort of FUD ( <F>ear, ncertainty, and <D>oubt ) amongst the few remaining participants on this thread by alluding to something which, from all appearances, has not happened nor is likely to happen; 2> you are, at the behest of entities unknown, attempting to leak non-public information under the guise of innuendo. So, being the inquisitive sort that I am, Mr. Paul R., just what is your agenda? Don't be shy, now. Got some friends that still need a little more time to pick up some shares on the cheap? Got an ax to grind with the company because they haven't been successful quick enough for you? Market Maker friend ask you to spread a little FUD so he/she/it can work their way out of too big a short position? Boy, the possibilities are nigh unto endless, aren't they? |
