Bill, There is no rule against hearsay testimony in Congressional hearings. Hearsay is not allowed in trials. Kerry clearly said "others have reported" before he related those events. He never claimed to have seen those events. The swiftboaters ran ads making it appear that he claimed to have such events. There is the big lie.
