From some of the reports and comments I have read, your numbers may be a little light, especially valuing the insitu gold. I have seen numbers more than twice the value you have ascribed to the FDN deposit. You will agree that all deposits are not equal, as some are higher grade, or easily mined. In other words more profitable than others. Hopefully this one falls in that category, which would make the stock value much less speculative, and arguably undervalued.
