OT: "This Amex listing is very unique because of the situation." Tsk, tsk, Mr Aloha. Something is either unique or it is not unique. "Very unique" is meaningless. Substitute its meaning -- "the only" or "the only one" -- and you'll see what I mean. Something is either the only example of its kind, i.e. unique, or it isn't, with no shade of grey possible. Maybe you're trying to say "very unusual". Sorry for the rant, but this particular solecism drives me crazy. LC
