Still have a machine which can play it?
I am trying to repair the old Japanese NTSC Beta VCR from my late in laws in Japan because we have a bunch of old VCs in that format, which don't run so well on my old 3-system Beta VCR.
A can play them on TV with marginal sync problems but not on my Hauppage video capture program needed for cutting the DVDs.
The tapes are 20-23 years old so it's a miracle they can play at all. Already have all my Video 8s ("only" aro 15-18 years old) transferred to DVD that way.
