I realize that Bill Clinton et. al. didn't serve but they don't try to pass themselves off as uber-Patriots. Lets face it Rush has an opinion about everything and he likes to twist the facts. He’s made more than a few disparaging remarks about Kerry's service for instance. Maybe some of the things the right has said about Kerry are true - maybe he was scared to go to Vietnam - maybe he was trying to emulate JFK (not a bad role model mind you ) - the thing is he did the deed - he was there. Rush passes himself off as a bigger "Patriot" than Kerry but who did the deed? Don't we truly know a man by what he does and not by the B.S. that pours out of his mouth? As far as I see it Rush is a guy who got a deferral for an "anal cyst" who throws sh$t at a guy who actually served and got THREE purple hearts. Who truly disparages people who have and do serve? I ask you – when you really think about it - Who’s the true scum-bag?
