SI Rag - FLASHER ARRESTED

Businessman Lee Cooper, owner of several small distilleries in Western Arkansas, was arrested this evening for indecent exposure. The incident occurred at the "Boheim Just-a-Buck Bingo Parlor", where several elderly members of the Boheim Baptist Church had gathered to play their weekly Bingo for Charity. Mr Cooper allegedly walked in, wearing nothing but a trenchcoat, and demanded to know the whereabouts of a "Taxi". After several unsuccessful attempts to direct Mr. Cooper to the nearest cab service via Yellow Pages, witnessess noted that Mr. Cooper became agitated. He was quoted as saying "We can do this the easy way, see, or we can do it hard", at which point he unbuttoned his trenchcoat, exposing a small misdemeanor. During his apprehension, Mr. Cooper was heard saying "Stella forgot to dress me, it was an accident". Sentencing is scheduled for Tuesday pending a psychological evaluation.
