even more reason to buy back shares now that they are low. they are sitting on $10B in cash now. If they buy back a few million shares, it will make their EPS raise up even faster.

And being bullish would only make the choice to buy back simpler, as they would know that they would gain even more profits next Q to replace the spent cash.
