I know US housing is about the worst investment one can make during the next ten years US still has lots of new immigrants coming. Despite some foreclosure activities, don't you think US still has one of the wonderful weather & landscape on earth, especially in the west coast ? That's where the value of real estate is, and the world of economy somehow depends on the housing market in this region. Someone with huge sum of cash will buy new houses in California. I really don't see any slowdown in housing. Sorry ... HK may be a different picture.
