Jeff, i didn't want to be an alarmist or chickin' little "the sky is falling" with my post as of the 26th. however, i thought i would point out some price weakness. i am weighted in SGI stock more than i am comfortable with at this moment. i believe i have told you i am long on SGI, however i would like to take some off the table at this time. i don't feel the company is comfortable with the est. of .21 cents and with the Fed looking at tightening at the first of '98 it may be some time before we see the mid 30's. the bright point is, it will be very likely that SGI will improve earnings over FY 97 by wide margins. good trades, james
