<<US still has lots of new immigrants coming>>

:0)))) you mean folks coming in without much, and not buying a lot, to propel what is already sky high to high earth orbit high?

<<Someone with huge sum of cash will buy new houses in California>>

:0)))))))) this nobody sold in that space, so as to be able to buy in and around HK territory!

<<I really don't see any slowdown in housing. Sorry ... HK may be a different picture>>

:0)))))))))))) you mean a tiny rock of an island sporting the freest freedom credentials, already stuffed to the edge with people, next door to 1.3 billion eager and freedom-loving folks, and the door of the rock open to only the well to do and/or the astute, with hundreds of thousands of applications and a long waiting list of same, all needing a place to stay?

Hong Kong is just getting started, at USD 1,000-1,200/sq foot gross (less 20% for lift lobby and stair case to arrive at net space).
