So if China strengthens their "dollar" and ours becomes relatively weaker, what does China do with all of their weakening US dollars? It probably will help the trade deficit for us, but won't it hurt all of those holding US dollars (Japan, China, Ghana, ....). Will they still be as aggressive when it comes to buying our debt? I'm just asking, I'm just a novice so be patient. If one domino falls, what happens to the others? Can someone outline a scenario? And how does this lead towards strengthening China's banking system?
