But if we have the "right" under our constitution why can't others have the same under whatever documents they are governed by....seems hypocritical, doesn't it. We set the process and supervised the process to write the Iraqi constitution....assuming they don't, why can't they include their version of the rights you claim under our Second Amendment. And if they have such rights, and I believe they do, why are we conducting house to house searches looking for weapons..?? Iraq didn't attack the security of the US, as you say, so why are actively disarming them...?
