Pierre, If that increase in G&A is just the attorney fees for defending their patents, then I quess for once I'm happy to see a rich attorney. Those patents are the 'lifeblood' of this company. If the manufacturing costs of producing the plates is as low as calculated the competition will be lined up attempting to 'steal' market share. About a year ago, Presstek put out a press release about defending their technology, and that they would go to a great effort to do so. Guess we're seeing just that. Would be much happier if the costs were going to the bottom line, but if they defend the first barrage against their patents, it'll save time and money in the end. As for the R&D, wasn't Q1 an excessive up instead of Q2 being a drop ? Catalina is a question mark at this time and basically no one will know until the annual 10-k pro-forma results are released. (Isn't the Catalina info unreported at this time ?) Good growth companies will run about a 10:1 sales to R&D ratio, in reality Q1's R&D expenses were more concern than Q2's. Did some digging on the Production control system (MRP) that Presstek has initiated. Haven't found the hard article to link to yet. When I do (if I do) I will post it and put it on the web page.
