This was a Court decision idiotic enough to rival Roe v Wade. But the rush to overturn it by the PUBLIC means that the Court won't suffer the long term damage that Roe v Wade has condemned it to. It's actually a positive that the public got interested in the tyranny of the Imperial Judiciary (and it was probably a big factor in saving the Senate for the Republicans in 2006.)

Meanwhile Roe v Wade festers like a cancerous sore that will cause the decline and fall of the judicial branch if not ultimately corrected...
