The Barron's article may do some short-term damage, ie for the first few hours of trading on Monday............but I don't see much new news here, other than a slanted editorial in the typical Barron's style, either lacking a great deal of knowledge or wishing to kick a helpless soul while they are down and defenseless.
The news of the "indemnity clauses" is no big deal.........first of all, Boehringer(the actual manufacturing company of Redux) and Servier, are not even named in any suits.............and the deal between Wyeth-Amherst and IPIC includes two separate clauses which individually indemnifies the one from the other, so both are indemnified by each other which kind of means this indemnification is "cancelled out".
Maybe this will create some downward market action.............so whether your long , short, or looking to "get in"...if you see it (downward movement), take advantage of it in the appropriate fashion.
