ARRS is raising money. $225 million. Stock tanking. CEO sold stock on 10/17. No word yet on what they plan to spend the money on. They had enough to buy CCUR already. Maybe they have raised their aim and looking at SEAC. But my guess is that buy up small privates like EGT.
