You are a very kind man. The policy of keeping terrorists alive so that they can from their comfortable cells plot further violence against you is just bloody stupid. Terrorists are not liable to protection under the Geneva Convention and in any other war were shot when/if they were found out. On the spot. Shot. although I believe a garrott was also an acceptable method of execution. And it seems to me they hung some of them, and I think Impalement was once used for spies and terroristas.
