Jim -

The problem hasn't yet been solved. While there is still an injunction in effect in France, in Germany, as of now, Nomai is free to sell their XHD disks. I have not yet seen any evidence that they have begun to do so.

Meanwhile, Iomega got samples of the new version of the XHD disks which Nomai claims do not infringe the Iomega patents. Iomega will examine them and then decide whether or not to appeal the German court's ruling.

I think that sums the current situation up.
