Tax selling. I'll move more strongly now to take short-term (defined by US tax code as 1 year or less) capital losses so as to offset short-term capital gains that I'm showing.

With oil stocks where I've added some shares this past year, many of those buys are in the red. My brokerage firm lets me id. and sell specific lots, so I'll do that. I sold some high cost buys of XEC, HLX, COSWF.

I'll guess WON's not going anywhere for a while, so I sold a little of my highest cost shares. (Theoretically, I can buy back shares after 31 days to avoid the "wash sale" issue.)

FWIW, I am upping my small holdings in LM, HNTIF, CRMT (and HBI) all just a little. HNTIF (HOC.to) is followed/discussed on Bosco and Crossy thread.
