The details in this case are insane -Lilly's ex-CEO heads compensation committee at ICOS -ICOS execs award themselves golden parachute the day before agreeing to a takeover -ICOS internal profit projections far higher than market, yet company agrees to 18% takeover premium a couple of days before releasing better than expected earnings???! -special bonus committe consists of same members that received said bonus. Something deeply fishy going on here.
