You know I was thinking, it wouldn't surprise me in the next election cycle to see Reps (or the Dems) planting such disgusting negative ads against their own candidate that it would actually build support for their candidate. Obvious, transparent false stuff. Why not, no law against it?

What a dirty business our government can be.

The irony is Sounder and the national RNC can not communicate......its against the law. So he can't tell them directly to stop. Its crazy........

And yeah, these campaigns have become very dirty business. Its no wonder once they get elected they act slimy in Congress......or maybe the whole process is so slimy, it attracts slimy people. Did you see 60 Minutes last nite? Jeff Flake is the Congressman from AZ......a GOPer. He is trying to stop the pork.

Whenever he raises questions about the more ridiculous projects aka pork......and the projects they showed were ridiculous........they nearly chewed off his head......not the Dems, but his fellow GOPers. It was really disturbing to watch. The guy flies home to AZ every weekend to be with his family.....and probably to get away from the cesspool.
