(GCHR eMail): Dear Shareholders,

Sabine Operating Services is reporting that perforation in the McClouth sand formation of the Noll #1 is scheduled to take place Tuesday A.M. This is the next phase in the completion process. A completion rig is scheduled to move on location Wednesday.

Sabine also reports that the road on the Ownbey property is nearing completion. This will aid in getting to the locations to drill. A drilling contractor is scheduled to be on the Ownbey to start drilling the first of the wells around the 15th of this month.

In case you did not know, we have updated the website with several pictures of the drilling on the Noll Lease.
