I'm really not a numbers guy. I have no idea how to put a true value on this Goodwill ( = the entire Hip-Hop Market potential - I'm thinking that it has to be larger than "Gen Y" because in all areas, teens would be included! ) nor a PPS that requires some kind of tangible cash flow.

But - Perhaps a comparison to other franchises such as Planet Hollywood which also based a portion on its success to the popularity of the celebrates featured / involved .....
Then add the State of the Art draw of the Gaming crowd and the value of the Sponsorships and advertising opportunities that come w/those in-house facilities and the Tournaments / Competitions. etc etc etc...

For the true retail sector, there should be a tangible forecast presented by our screen partners.

Then we have the real "Hollywood" Entertainment sector for our Restaurant Theaters and Concerts to be held.

When you list out it all out - H3 has a potential finger in just about every "consumer" revenue flow one can think of!! ~
