Stan,My earlier arguement on KS and protease inhibitors was that PI's keep AIDS patients alive long so more will get KS and those that have KS would take treatments longer (like Panretin) because they would live longer (thus a patient with AIDS who developed KS befrore PI's might only live for six months on Panretin because they die of other problems, while post PI's they might live for many years and take Panretin fo quite some time). I really expect the PI impact to diminish however, due to resistant strains.
