<<That means the majority of the locals speak bad english ? >>

... no, it simply means the establishments prefer to spend less on personnel, the government lets them, and the locals do not complain ... because HK is too busy making real money, and could not care less.

<<That shows HK education system really suck>>

... Now do you see how terribly wrong you are, and in fact know next to nothing, aware not that HK education produces far better mathematics students than usa, uk, etc, in aggregate, hands down, and at better price.

<<When you go to Central on Saturday & Sunday, most of the people are immigrants, sitting on the sidewalk>>

... why do you insist on calling the hired help immigrants? they can stay as long as they are employed, and they are employed in the aggregate as long as Hong Kong is doing well.

<<They are not re-investing the money back to HK ... Most of them just can't effort expensive houses in HK>>

... why would anyone care where they send the money? as long as they provide service for value, and Hong Kong can afford it? And while theyare here, they live in expensive homes, not having to buy or rent anything.

I had never heard a thing as silly as HK real estate hopes are pinned on domestic helpers' wage/savings. Think about it and see how silly, laughably so, the logic is.

<<Without skilled labors & good education system, HK will continue to be the destination of 3rd world low-skill migrants, trying to exploit the wealth of HK. How many of you can actually take advantage of R&Ders ? not many!>>

HK education system has the US system beat, is a fact.

HK is hardly the destination of choice for 3rd world low skilled immigrants, being so expensive, as opposed to being the employer of value-packed domestic helpers, 250000 of them, because HK can afford it, so that HK can do more productive acts to support our real estate.

HK is a rock, with no resources, has no factories, and yet, sports one of the highest standard of living in the world, or most expensive ... you do not suppose we do farming here, do you?

If we do not exploit the R&D-ers, how do we do it? exploit domestic helpers ?

Be logical.

<<Places are just too crowded nowadays>>

... why is it crowded? because HK is not in demand?

... why is it expensive? because domestic helpers are send cash home?

:0)))))

Talk sense, and do not display ignorance.
