Ted, > Why should Kerry's career be finished? He did not commit voter fraud like Nguyen.

Kerry will never get past his image of being an arrogant rich brat who looks down upon anyone "lower" than himself.

Arrogant rich brat.......hardly. That's one of the many mythgs created by the GOP party. Do your own thinking.....stop letting them tell you what to think.

Any chance he had at a 2008 presidential run, however miniscule, was just eliminated with that gaffe of his. Unless he totally reinvents himself, which involves more than just his usual flip-flopping, his political career will remain stuck in neutral.

Kerry, didn't have much of a chance before the gaffe. He is a guy who isn't all that comfortable in his skin like Clinton and Bush are. He's more like a Nixon in that regard.

As for Tan Nguyen, his crime was voter intimidation, not voter fraud. What he said was technically accurate, but to send it only to Hispanic voters who are likely to vote against him is just plain dirty.

He wasn't technically correct. Telling immigrants, legal ones, that they can not vote is a lie. That's what his Spanish translation said.......and if he is taken to court, it will be for voter fraud. Voter fraud is any interference in the election process.
