Hi Alan,

Can you work with me a little on this one. At the time of the deal it was my opinion that David Walsh was operating in our best interests. Looking back it probably wasn't the best stance to take but hindsight is always 20/20.

Correct me if I'm wrong but Bre-x would not be compensated for the realigned percentages which, in effect robbed us of half our corporate value. Many people believed we would be compensated for the loss but it was my understanding that we would not be. The bully was stormin' through the school yard and little David Walsh stood his ground. At the time only, I felt he was looking after us.

FWIW, I agree with the BSR movement but I do not hold shares in BSR. No matter what David Walsh is guilty of, the ship needs a new captain with fresh ideas and little baggage.

Take care,

Dennis
