>> I'll bet ABC loved that one for the ratings.<< Yes, but only in the eastern quarter of the country. The rest of the country saw some other game such as USC/Stanford.

I did get to see it on ESPN GamePlan.

I am glad VaTech won in the end but it was not pretty. Are the defenses so good that they make the offenses look so bad?

The WVa - Louisville game, "Big East Showdown - Part I," was more my taste for exciting seesaw offensive action.

The Rutgers - BC game was also fun to watch.

Looking forward to the Louisville - Rutgers game on Thursday night's "Big East Showdown - Part II" ROFL, but it's true.

Who could have dreamed up a scenario like this season where Maryland and Wake forest hold the keys to determining the teams in the ACC Chamionship? I certainly could not have foreseen this season.

The fact that Miami and Florida State are not even ranked takes the edge off the Hokies' rebuilding year. Still I must admit I was wrong when I thought the Hokies were done for after the BC game. They have definitely redeemed their season.

Gator Bowl? That would be nice. The Champs Bowl is in Florida so that would be a nice consolation prize too.

Georgia Tech, Reggie Ball, Calvin Johnson, et al seem destined for a fate better than losing any of their next three games but stranger things have happened. If it does happen I will be pleasantly surprised.
