LONDON (MarketWatch) -- Air France-KLM (AKH : air france klm sponsored adr
said Tuesday that the number of passengers it carried in October rose 6% to 6.4 million, compared to a year ago. Also, U.K. budget airline easyJet said Tuesday that the number of passengers it carried in October climbed 7.3% to 2.9 million, compared to the same point a year ago. EasyJet's load factor -- a measure of passengers to available seats -- slipped to 83.2% from 85.6%.
