"That's news to me" It happens to be a fact. Look at the link to the Census Bureau. "The breakups of families, out of wedlock births are trends that is hard to beat with any spending program." And this correlates with Johnson's Great Society, how? Ok, it happened about the same time frame. But so did a lot of other things. Why don't you correlate the number of computers with it?
