There are no street estimates for Q4 or 2007 for APKT yet. The fall could be based on the flat sequential QTR over QTR forecast.

Looking over the trades after 4pm, they totalled 111K shares at an avg of $17.778 with 635 shares per.

The largest trade with a 16 handle was only 2000 shares

APKT: Acme Packet Conference Call Summary (18.94 +0.99)

On conf call, co says it essentially invented the session border controller,
or SBC, market. Customers view APKT as the "solution of choice." Co says it's
the leader in the service provider and cable markets. A recent study says the
co has a 48% market share. Co says it sees significant opportunity as some
potential customers looking at their options... Of its customers, the
penetration is still small, single digits, co thinks it can penetrate further.
Co is surprised at how broad the market has been... Co says its market is
still a young marketplace and for many of its customers its penetration is
still low so there's room to grow.. Co says it has not seen much seasonality.
The business is so new it's difficult to talk about historical seasonal
patterns, but the co has seen little as of yet... Co says gross margins should
decline somewhat in 2007 closer to its target of 72-78%... In response to a
question about guidance. Co says its goal is to grow revs on a sequential
basis going forward. Note, the co's Q4 rev guidance was only flat with Q3 (see
