Mark, thanks for your website. It is a useful summary of the relevent informaion. Do you know if there is a website that tracks the CDN/AVNT lawsuit proceedings or the criminal proceedings in a manner similar to the class action proceedings. By the way, an earlier post suggested the class action will have little damage value. I disagree, the claim will be modified to include all purchasers who suffer in the ultimate collapse, having relied on the misleading press releases, and denials or wrongdoing of management.
