Here is the new process for a pinksheet stock to make the TF Draft.

From this date forward, all of the votes for the Transparent Flamingo (TF) staff are on an implied "yes" for the TF Draft as long as the stock is a flamingo (obviously!), and it is fully transparent. All stocks that qualify will be placed on the list one week from the date of the application, unless the guru retracts his application, or one of the TF staff objects on the open thread. If there is an objection, then the guru can try to provide the needed information during that period.
