Fred, (and all...) MSU filed their 10-K on Sep 26, 1997. It can be found at Free Edgar: freeedgar.com Type in msu corp (don't use symbol) and then click on company filings. (then use the links contained in "frame" on the left. I'm just beginning to tear through it and don't even know if I'll choose to comment. I'm just curious and the damn thing is long enough to tell me some interesting stuff will be revealed. Regards, Ron
