I have been with PCFN for over a year, very dissapointing, very slow server, sometimes you can't log on at all. Maybe all the online firms are this busy. I think PCFN has over 275,000 online clients so when the market first opens the system jams up. I did sign up with Datek just for the free real time quotes and have no trouble getting in. If you see fresh news somewhere on the net and want to buy the stock on PCFN - forget it, it takes to long to get in. I have noticed that exicutions are fast and they get you the best price. If you can't get in you can call the 800 number but don't expect them to answer by the second ring, be prepared to wait your turn. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate them a 5. Mike P.S. I just tried to log on and access my account on PCFN, it's down!
