would a combined cycle turbine plant then be in the cost range that the ceo mentioned during the CC. somewhere along the amount of 7M dollars or so? how much would a portable (as listed on the website) unit cost then?

it seems like the plant you included in your post is quite expensive and would take a reasonable amount of time and bureaucratic stuff to overcome.

i have some homework to do on this subject. i have no idea what comes next.
