I think that all agree that Saddam was ruthless and ruled with an iron fist. With Saddam gone, and the landscape of Iraq more fully revealed, perhaps we have some insight into the kind of ruler that is needed in Iraq to keep a lid on things.

Geez, what are you saying? Maybe some civilizations need genocide enacted on them through mass gassings? Some civilizations need the sons of the dictator to have priovate torture chambers?
