Need help from someone experienced in options.

I bought a few of the new CUBE leaps LCX-AEs. They are Jan 2000
25,s. On the sites they are listed at Bid 15.25, Ask 15.75, Close 11.875

Q) Will they open at about 12, or 15 on Mon?
Q)How does a takeover rumor affect options that are futher out?
Do they collapse because nobody wants to pay a time premium for
a co. getting taken over? Are they frozen at their intrinsic value until things
things get sorted out? Thanks in advace for help on this matter.
