When a computer starts misbehaving the best solution is to reload the Operating System. You can buy an external USB hard drive with backup software. Backup your whole computer to it. reviews.cnet.com I have had good luck with: reviews.cnet.com Verify that you have all of the software installation disks you will need to reload programs. Put in the Windows disk that came with your computer and do a complete reload. Reload only the software you need. Retrieve files that you want from the usb hard drive. Or, pay someone to do this for you.
