I really don't know how the quarter. All I was told that volume was first quarter but no info on design wins. To guess I would say far east customers. People at Cypress tell me that things are looking good and business has picked up. All I know is that we have a long leadtime (6-8 weeks) on 1Meg SRAM and some of their FCT logic. This can mean two things: low yields or good demand. The first is not good. I was told by a rep of IDTI that ISSI does hurt them on price at times, but then the CYRPESS rep syas that IDTI is his largest competition. I was told by someone that QED does IDTI MIPS design and QED is now selling silicon. I am currently doing a processor selection for a design which may include MIPS so I will have more details later. Numbers are hard to figure, so I don't want to comment.
