If this company is concerned about posting on SI/Internet have them call the British Columbia Securities Commission Enforcement Division at 604-660-4800 or 1-800-373-6393(BC only)and ask to speak to Mr Steve Plummer.He will send them sections 34,50 and 52 of the British Columbia Securities Act,R.S.B.C. 1996,C.418.These sections will explain everything you need to know about promoting and posting on public forums.
