i dont think it would be unusual for a dem candidate to get 55% to 60% of the vote in an urban area, particularly against allen

there were counties where allen got more thah 60% also, there just werent enough of them, and they werent big enough

and its normal for smaller counties to be able to finish their vote count before larger counties
