Why do you think the vote will fail? In any case, I parsed the 3rd Q PR, and I see the company no longer tries to to tell us when the OC test will be commercialized. Not a good sign, IMO, considering they expected to have it commercialized by year end per their last guidance on that issue. Haven't listened to the CC. I don't have much choice but to hang in there. However, without visibility on an actual launch by the middle of next year, cash reserves again become an issue. The refinancing of the converts keeps the wolves at bay for a bit longer and was a necessary move, but my guess is they have a year of cash at this time. They'll have to finance no later than early in the 3rd Q of next year. Without convincing evidence of impending will stop hanging in there at that time. I might re-enter later depending on events, but am still looking to get out without too much damage in the next six months. Cheers, Tuck
