Forgive the expression. "B.S."

Sorry, I don't buy the thought that everything must be done over a systematic method. Its not as easy as one two three. Many problems many solutions. All must be done "NOW". Your "textbook turnaround" is very nice and will not have alot of disagreements. Guys like Iacocca turned Chrysler around because of his "gut" ability to know what the markets needed and he would deliver. The baby boomers needed a minivan and he built it. What we need is, to "rethink" what the market needs and zero in on it. Does the market need a company to bring microsoft to its' knees or a value packed alternative targeted to a niche. How did Corel start. It offered DOS users a value enriched (the best) draw program. Only Apple (nonDos) offered anything like it.

I read in the Ottawa Citizen that Corel has hired 30 more Salespeople. I was questioned on my "Old fashioned Sales Methods. But Sorry, when all else fails, hit the road and sell the product for what it can do not hype the product and company.

Enough for now, Your turn Chainsaw...
