I agree. Although, I think their a lot of deep-pocketed investors down South that could more than meet USSE capital needs going forward without P&W's help. P&W does stand to sell at least 20+/- of their 40MW units (..probably bare-bones vs. MobilePac..) for the planned 1000 MW plant on a "..firstest with the mostest basis.."; probably more over time for multiple plants.

It would be nice if all this happens without any government involvement, other than some cooperation in permitting and approvals.

I also think a number of 80MW to 160MW+/-, 1/2-combined cycle plants distributed around the grid in farm country would be a really good plan. Biogas from anaerobic digestion of animal and crop waste is a very good fuel source, also.
